Returns

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Our Returns Policy

We accept either refund, exchange or store credit on all full priced items. Exchange or store credit is available for sale items (unless stated as a Super Sale item). Items need to be returned to Frocktail Party in the original packaging, tags attached & in original condition within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping cost is non-refundable & return shipping is at the customers expense. 

If you have paid with Afterpay our return policy stays exactly the same. If it's for a refund, once we process the return, Afterpay will cancel the amount off the end of your payments/refund your credit card depending on what you've paid to date.

Please first email our team to obtain a Returns Number. You will then be given the details of where to return your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, your refund will be processed through PayPal, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  

Please allow 5 business days from your return parcel arriving, for your return to be completed. Return shipping time will be additional to these 5 days.

Please note we can't 100% guarantee your exchange item will be available, we will try our best, but being a small business we don't hold a lot of stock. From door-to-door an exchange will take at least 1 week. If you need it sooner, or would like to make sure you don't miss out, please purchase the new style & then you can get a refund on your first item

Return shipping is at the customers expense. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the instance of an exchange due to change of mind or incorrect size selection, the shipping cost will be required to be paid to Frocktail Party prior to the new item being shipped to you.
